Structural fires have a potential to cause damage to the property, serious injury and even death. Most of the companies are unable to recover from the destruction caused. Most of the structural fires can be prevented.

To introduce preventive measures, you should know:

  • what exactly needs to be prevented

  • which measures should be applied

  • where in your premises should the measures apply

  • how to apply the measures effectively

A fire risk assessment should provide all the important information and guidance.

Let Us Carry Out Your Fire Risk Assessment

It is a statutory requirement to carry out a fire risk assessment and to keep it under review (see

RRFSO article 9 ). This applies to any man-made structure in England and Wales which is not a dwelling house, offshore installation, ship, mine or a borehole. If you employ 5 or more employees, the fire risk assessment must be properly documented.

We will visit your premises on agreed date and time and provide a free fire risk assessment quotation. If the price quoted is satisfactory, we will proceed with full site inspection and will produce fire risk assessment documentation approximately a week later (subject to the size of the premises).
